The Recruiting Analyst will work with the Director of Recruiting to direct and oversee all aspects of the Division 1 Football program recruiting. Individual will be responsible for operational and analytical duties for run defense duties, including film breakdown and analysis. Individual must be familiar with Division I football programs. The position will demonstrate an understanding and commitment to athletics programs at NCAA Division 1 level, have a commitment to academic mission of Utah State University, a commitment to the academic success of the student-athletes, serve as a positive role model for student-athletes on and off the field, work well with students, facility, staff and community. Analyst: Responsibilities include all PSA film evaluations. Meet with the Director of recruiting, and staff to create a plan of recruitment. Serve as a consultant on player personnel evaluations pertaining to student-athlete recruiting.
Recruiting: Search for new top prospects, recruiting databases, recruiting travel.
Administrative: Additional duties as assigned. Attendance of NCAA compliance meetings, equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects. Ability to adapt to changing conditions or work assignments. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
