Quality Inspector

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and comply with FDA regulations. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality inspection will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing process.
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accurate measurements
- Analyze product specifications and compare them to samples to identify any deviations or defects
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product appearance meets quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow established quality systems and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in quality regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to fabricate and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
