Position Functions and Duties: Transferring data from Truchart to new electronic medical record, PCO. Pulling data from current EMR to prepare it for uploading to PCO. Providing support to organization with the transition to new EMR.
Job Summary :
The Temporary Quality Data Coordinator is responsible for the special project of transferring current EMR data at Huron Valley PACE to the new electronic medical record.
