WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? We're looking for a Quality Care Coordinator - LPN who can work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule, with additional flexibility to meet the needs of our clients, and has the following qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Missouri 1+ years of nursing experience High school diploma or GED Ability to provide direct client care, supervision, training, and general administration Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull (varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client) Willingness to travel up to 40 miles one way Valid driver's license with an insured and reliable automobile READY TO TAKE YOUR NURSING CAREER TO NEW HEIGHTS?
