Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ground-up construction• Prior experience working on school projects• Knowledge of other project types like healthcare, government, technology, etc. is helpful• Willingness to relocate or familiarity with the region• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders• Experience in budgeting and cost control
