Role Summary:
Owns the project management and implementation process for GEHC dose management solutions, including sales order review; project planning, design/layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation; resource coordination and finally issues resolution.
Essential Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity during the pre-sales and implementation process including:
Acting as the primary liaison between GE and the customer team
Manage all aspects of multiple DoseWatch and Clinical Performance Management projects from initiation through closure driving communication, integrations and IT concerns.
Support sales in their tenders and guarantee the good handover of project between sales and operations.
Clarify and define the scope project (ie modalities to connect, hardware, connectivity, options sold) and work with the operational team (Integration and verification) to deliver in timely manner.
Plan, coordinate, and execute project steps such as kick-off meeting, modality connection , integrations and validation of dose and customer training.
Complete the project in getting the acceptance from the customer in the timing defined initially and ensure the revenue recognition conditions.
Guarantee the good handover from operation to service and maintenance
Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management
Act as the primary liaison between GE and the customer team
Identification, escalation and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
Remotely connecting to customer systems to perform modality connections, basic database queries, apply software licenses and other server-side tasks

1. Bachelors or equivalent technical field experience; or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience in a technical field or project management.)
2. 3 years experience in cross-functional product development / integration, product support, or project management.
3. Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment.
4. Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously.
5. Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Characteristics:
This position may be performed remotely within the US.
to communicate complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
Hands-on knowledge of DICOM
imaging protocols and connectivity methods.
with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on or ahead of
schedule, IT or installations experience
of networking basics
designing, performing and documenting test plans
of HL7 concepts and common message types
with PACS, imaging modalities (CT, CVIR, etc)
and understanding of SQL database
to work effectively in difficult and fast paced environment
computer skills including networks and/or servers
to 20% travel required
