Our Learning and Development Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced L&D Professional to join the learning design and delivery team to provide targeted, high impact learning, skill advancement, and career development solutions that produce measurable impact for our business. You will design, develop, and deliver these solutions focused on management and other professional career tracks to address workforce gaps, improve performance, and support overall job-role success for employees that includes a workforce of nearly 35,000.
You will engage in all phases of the instructional design and delivery process?analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Here are just a few examples of how?
Partner with the business to solve for and prioritize performance gaps within the workforce
Recommended solutions to leadership collaborating with a team of other L&D professionals
Roll up your sleeves with subject-matter experts to define objectives and instructional strategies
Design and build high impact L&D programs for critical job roles including various management functions
Get creative and play with development tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline 360
Facilitate learning and interact with employees to witness the ?ah-ha moment? firsthand
Watch the results of your work improve performance and drive measurable business results
Produce management, professional development, and/or compliance and technical L&D programs.
Consult with stakeholders to uncover and clearly define the performance need and desired outcomes.
Conduct needs/gap analysis and recommend multi-faceted L&D solutions to drive performance.
Develop plans to measure and monitor performance outcomes and business results for L&D solutions.
Engage in all phases of the instructional design process using recognized models like ADDIE or SAM.
Conduct instructional research and analysis as well as a learner and context analysis.
Write instructional objectives and design instructionally valid content that matches objectives.
Decide the criteria to judge learner?s performance and develop assessment instruments.
Interact with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
Apply tested instructional theories, practices and methods to enhance the learning process.
Develop for a variety of delivery methods including online, virtual and in-person experiences.
Visualize and plan the finished learning products through the use of storyboards and scripts.
Produce learning material and media (graphics, audio, scripts, videos, simulations, role plays, etc.).
Manage the deployment of L&D solutions through the learning management system or other tools.
Facilitate learning events and activities within a virtual classroom or in-person (as needed).
Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging trends and technologies related to L&D.

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
8+ years? related work experience in Instructional Design, Learning or Organizational Development
You?ll need to have:
Strong interpersonal, communication, influence and customer relationship skills
Proven experience in performance consulting and needs analysis
Proven experience designing and developing L&D solutions (samples may be requested)
Strong facilitation capabilities
Knowledge of the latest learning and development techniques and best practices
Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Even better if you have:
An advanced degree in a related field
Learning and development related certifications
Experience designing and/or delivering L&D solutions across a large enterprise
Familiarity with a variety of learning development tools like Captivate and Articulate
Graphic design skills for print and electronic media
