We are innovators of 3D printers resin and worldwide leaders of craft stamp manufacturing. We are seeking a talented Production Manager to implement change and manage the production of our clear stamps and craft products. It would suit a production manager from a manufacturing background who is technically minded, a good leader and a problem solver.
Key responsibilities will include: Manage the workforce promoting an environment where teamwork, open communication and continuous improvement are encouraged. To be responsible for delivery of production targets across four production departments. To promote a culture of safety ownership with colleagues, to maintain up to date policies and compliance with OSHA standards at all times. Lead and manage Supervisors and Line Leaders to ensure each team delivers optimum performance. Oversee a stringent production plan to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full, to the highest level of quality. Revise systems, SOPs and optimized work practices. Build and maintain skills within the team to deliver the correct level of abilities to operate efficiently. Manage the production teams to deliver a quality output, meeting all internal and external targets required to maintain ISO and/or other accreditations. Actively take part in root cause analysis of Customer Complaints or Quality Assurance issues, and improve processes and employee training where required. Manage all elements of waste in the production process to increase efficiency in all areas. Identify, lead and manage continuous improvement and KPI's plans across your teams. Be responsible for Performance Management in your area, working with HR department to ensure a fair and consistent process is used in all performance/conduct cases that arise. Responsible for Health & Safety. Experience and Skills required: Minimum of 5 years' experience with progressive leadership experiences BS degree in relevant discipline preferred. Proven knowledge and experience of the application of continuous improvement systems, standards and tools and how to execute and monitor these through production teams. Experience of supervising and leading a team. Technically minded and a good problem solver. Outstanding leadership and communications skills. Lean Manufacturing. Health & Safety.
