Responsibilities: Facilitate comprehensive training for team members in accordance with established work protocols. Ensure strict adherence to production procedures delineated in work protocols. Conduct audits to verify compliance with work protocols during production processes. Maintain and update records of overdue tasks. Efficiently distribute tasks among team members. Clearly communicate production objectives to team members and oversee their attainment. Monitor product and process integrity to meet quality benchmarks. Ensure daily completion of all SAP transactions. Execute daily scrap transactions. Rectify any inventory SAP discrepancies promptly. Conduct daily KPP audits. Ensure timely completion of tasks by all supporting departments. Manage the custom late list and liaise with customer service regarding delays. Actively engage in continuous process improvement endeavors. Enforce workplace safety protocols while performing assigned duties. Promote a collaborative culture of teamwork and excellence. Qualifications: Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency in team leadership and effective communication, including handling disciplinary matters when required. Excellent communication abilities. Strong multitasking skills. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: · Operates within a manufacturing facility, engaging with machinery and equipment. · Environment characterized by continuous movement and physical exertion. · Frequent lifting, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods, often involving loads exceeding 50 pounds. · Noise levels typical of a manufacturing setting, with occasional interruptions.
