About the Role:This internship offers a unique opportunity to be embedded within the Product Distribution team at Tubi. While other Product teams focus on feature development within the Tubi app, Product Managers for Distribution are responsible for bringing new and returning users to the Tubi app through platform integrations, custom feature implementations, and deeper technical and product device relationships. In your role, you'll gain exposure to organic traffic-driving platform integrations, App Store Optimization techniques, product growth strategies, and streaming app analytics. This will help hone a well-rounded understanding of how product and content decisions translate into organic user acquisition and growth. This is your chance to see Product Management from a unique angle and develop a skill set that sets you apart.What You'll Do:Leverage data to create clear and concise presentation decks to support key initiatives, drive strategic decisions, and influence meetings with internal stakeholders and external partnersParticipate in meetings with high-profile partners and provide logistical supportContribute to product roadmapping by gathering data and insights to influence team prioritiesAssist with App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts, including keyword research and competitor analysisAssist with the migration and organization of product documentation to improve cross-functional understanding of Product Distribution's areas of ownershipWork cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Data Science, Design, Engineering, and International to understand what information and data Product Distribution can document and provide to achieve company goalsQualifications: Keen interest in and knowledge of technology and streaming (knowledge of the OTT & mobile app landscape a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Gsuite with a particular focus on skills with Google Sheets and Google Slides (or similar spreadsheet and presentation software)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyPassion for Movies & TV showsmySQL or Redshift skills a plusProgram Eligibility Requirements:Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree during the length of the programCurrent class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or aboveStrong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)Committed and available to work for the entire length of the programAbout the Program:Application Deadline: April 19, 2024 Program Timeline: 8-week placement, beginning on 6/17Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (5 days)
