Responsibilities
• Welding in different positions• Replacing rollers and drive belts on conveyors• Reading tape measure and operating drill press• Maintaining tools and equipment• Operating track torch and air arc• Fabricating and replacing drive belts on crushers/shakers• Keeping work area clean• Completing job duties to supervisor's satisfaction• Having good attendance and responsible work attitude• Possessing understanding of mechanics of crushers/shakers
Requirements
• Ability and desire to work 12-hour shifts• Willingness and flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed• Ability to do manual labor and lift items up to 50 pounds• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold conditions• Ability to climb ladders and perform repetitive bending and stooping• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with all personnel at the Quarry• Motivated and self-starter• Minimum 12 months in current classification before applying• Minimum 12 months stay in new position before applying for another• Compliance with safety regulations and specific job requirements
