The PC Technician/IT Help Desk role is primarily responsible for IT desktop support for our clients, both internal and external. The role will include assisting in the maintenance of diverse Windows environments and the supporting infrastructure from our corporate office in Tampa, FL.
Base salary between 35k : 40K depending on experience and qualifications, benefits (medical dental vision), and paid personal leave.
Support of internal infrastructure.
Support of equipment deployed to clients.
Develop, document and maintain operational processes and procedures.
Basic hardware setup and maintenance for desktops and some Servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with infrastructure and/or services provided by third parties.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Desktop OS installation and maintenance required.
Basic Microsoft Active Directory and Remote Desktop Services knowledge.
Desired Skills and Experience (not required):
0:1 years of experience as a Jr. System or Jr. Network Administrator or hands:on desktop support person.
Exposure with Windows Server, Virtualization, Microsoft SQL Server, SAN systems, Firewall and VPN practices are a plus.
