Essential Job Functions
Track and code employeeexpense reimbursements through payroll and scan the documentation
Trackand code expenses charged to the APC credit cards
Scanadditional documents relating to payroll and payables
MailA/P checks and file A/P check copies and supporting documentation
Comparetime card entries with the schedule and e-mail providers when time is notentered
Supportthe process for preparing monthly stipend invoices
Backupfor the Deposit Log/EOB process
Enterdata into the various Finance tracking spreadsheets
Supportthe process for monthly financial statement mailing and other ad hoc mailings
Supportsthe monthly financial statement process.
Provides secretarial assistance.
Additionalduties and projects as assigned.
Strong knowledge base for allMicrosoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to Multi-task.
Ability to apply knowledge of all APC policies andprocedures.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data.
Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
Ability to work both independentlyand as part of a team, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines instressful situations.
Ability to maintain neutrality and confidentiality.
High School Diploma required
Two years finance or accounting experience.
Experience usingMicrosoftOffice products.
Work requires hand dexterity foroffice machine operation including but not limited to: computer, telephone,electronic calculator, copy machine, facsimile and printers;
Stooping and bending for files orsupplies and sitting for extended periods of time are common.
