Since 2001, SolAero solar cells or panels have supplied primary power to numerous successful space missions.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DOProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely according to company specific pay policies.Review time sheets for accuracy and adherence to payroll policies and procedures.Ensures compliance with federal and state payroll requirements.Reconciles third party payroll to general ledger.As needed, assist in audits of internal records; workers compensation, financial and tax filings.Prepare month-end payroll related journal entries.Responsible for reconciling payroll/benefits balance sheet accounts.Other duties as assigned.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of payroll experience (Combination of education and experience will be considered or overall years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).Experience with integrated payroll systemsProficient with Microsoft OfficeMust be able to speak, read, write and understand the English languageTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVEExperience with integrated payroll systemsOutstanding organizational skillsExceptional communication and customer service skillsProtects payroll information by keeping information confidentialAbility to work with general supervision
