Job Details:
Hybrid Remote Work
As a Paralegal with our team, you will:
Provide computer litigation support, encompassing all aspects of e-discovery. This includes determining suitable software for case requirements, developing case-specific databases, collaborating with external vendors, conducting automated searches, and maintaining information retrieval systems.
Create, maintain, and update databases containing witness information and document productions.
Review, organize, and index produced documents, while also managing privilege logs.
Prepare declarations, notices, and discovery requests.
Handle interrogatories and prepare witness lists.
Review briefs and organize relevant exhibits.
Assist in preparations for mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in litigation procedures.
Experience with eDiscovery/discovery processes.
Strong technical skills, particularly in applications like Excel.
Ability to multitask effectively.
