This role involves more than 50% of time spent outside the office, engaging in proactive sales efforts. Some key responsibilities of this role include developing and leveraging customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Outside Parts Salesperson will possess a comprehensive understanding of our products and pricing, actively pursue leads, and exceed sales targets. Additionally, they will coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless order processing and maintain up-to-date market intelligence. Regular collaboration with the sales supervisor and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders are crucial aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this role will uphold exceptional customer service standards, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints to uphold our reputation as a leader in the industry and continue to meet our company promise to provide value to our customers with speed while maintaining trust.
