Oracle Applications Implementation Specialist that offers Support, Administers Enhancements, Configures ERP system to enable End to End Processes (Functional and Technical components) supports Oracle ERP and 3rd party applications, for the company Multi Org Environments – Oracle ERP (Financials, Projects, PTP, OTC and Service Modules).
Provide IT Production support, enhancements, Project Implementations through various tools involving Oracle Applications, 3rd party Integrations, resolving Production issues, gathering data /producing ad-hoc analytics, driving continuous process improvements Projects, Supporting System Integrations and on-boarding new business units.
Perform administration, design and development of Oracle ERP, Customization, support custom Salesforce platform and custom application integrations
Assist in sustaining internal process changes and driving continuous improvement while providing cross-functional support as necessary to other departments.
Prepare Knowledge documentation, Develop Process Flows to support MD50, BR100 etc.
Work with Business Users and work on Prioritized tasks.
Required SkillsFunctional Expert in Oracle Financials, Projects, Oracle Configurator, OTC. PTP (including i Proc), SCM and Service Modules.
Technical Expertise: Oracle Forms, Work Flow, AME configurations, XML, PL/SQL, APEX, GRC, Form Personalization’s , Object-Oriented design methodologies and webservices
Proactively guide and recommendation process enhancements, improving efficiencies within the Oracle ERP Applications footprint.
Very strong hands on experience as Techno Functional lead with a good understanding of both Technical and Functional capabilities of Oracle ERP, portal and supporting Mobile Applications.
Experience providing best practices within Oracle Applications, with customizations and Systems Integration methodologies.
Requirements gathering, Configuration, Design and Development skills are must.
Ability to understand and function with new technologies such as MuleSoft, SOA, Cloud, Mobile applications
Superior knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle middle tier and OBIEE, Power BI.
Strong Oracle Applications Administration skills (Defining Concurrent Managers, Programs, Profiles, Role Based Security, and User and Responsibilities, Administration etc.
Minimum 12 years’ experience with the full software development lifecycle
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
Ability to take initiative, work independently show attention to detail
Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving skills with Superior verbal and written communication capabilities
Advanced VISIO, Microsoft Excel skills, proficient use of MS Office.
Required ExperienceFunctional à Oracle Financials, Projects Billing and Costing, Oracle Configurator, OTC, PTP, i Procurement, SCM and Service Modules.

10 to 12 years Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP, Implementing ERP Projects.
ITIL – Service Now experience is a plus.
