Responsibilities
• Complete daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known theft products• Ensure shipping and receiving activities are completed in a timely manner• Review visual elements in the store and communicate any missing or damaged pieces• Maintain, organize, and clean the stockroom and sales floor areas• Participate in expert training sessions and cross-training• Demonstrate Sephora values• Adhere to Sephora's dress code and policies
Requirements
• Prior equivalent work experience in operations preferred• Passion for client service and working with people• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask• Resilience and ability to react to situations• Flexible availability, including nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays• Consistent and reliable attendance• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and handle cosmetics products• Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
