Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced AE who will assist the President/Co-Owner (Team Leader) at KWRB. You will be a part of the top executive team, reporting directly to the President/Co-Owner, and your work will be a critical factor in our overall performance. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage the operations of the company with minimal supervision. The AE is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of urgency, with an attention to detail, quality, and consistent communication. This individual may exhibit drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence & oversight, paired with quality service.
The AE is deeply committed to supporting the operations in servicing the agents at KWRB, and managing the ?80% activities? of the President/Co-Owner. This is a true partnership between the AE and President/Co-Owner to serve the real estate agents at KWRB, prospective agents, as well as the Executive Leadership Team (17 individuals).
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:
Build, implement, and manage all operations for recruiting and retention
Responsible for managing President/Co-Owner?s schedule and email
Responsible for managing the schedules of the VP and Designated Broker
Schedule recruiting and retention appointments
Prepare, manage & document all follow-up before, during, and after appointments and/or events in CRM * Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints for the President/Co-Owner
Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and event accommodations
Prepare and manage meeting minutes for all bi-weekly leadership meetings and monthly board meetings
Marketing experience to create drip campaigns, internal marketing for events, and external social media marketing to share the company?s story and value proposition
Instagram and Facebook platforms: promote the company and it's leaders and create a winning story

Essential duties and responsibilities
Proven experience as administrative officer and/or executive assistant for a President or CEO
Experience in operations management
Understand social media and how to build a brand
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability in decision-making and problem-solving with a sense of urgency
Residential real estate experience
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to problem solve with a sense of urgency
System development, implementation, and management

President/Co-Owner + VP + Broker ? daily
Staff (12+) ? daily
Agents (internally 630+ and externally) - daily

Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, etc.), Google (Docs, Forms, Mail, etc.), Canva, and a desire to learn technology (technology based company)
Instagram and Facebook
Strong written and verbal communication skills

High school graduate
Bachelor?s degree preferred
2+ years of administrative experience
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus!

Compensation & Employment Type
Full-time position, hours vary from 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: $38,000+ based on experience
Monthly medical stipend available

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
