Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Marriott International is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Online Operations Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our online platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and update content on Marriott International's online platforms, including websites and social media channels.2. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotional campaigns and initiatives.4. Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.5. Assist in the execution of online events and virtual meetings.6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online operations and customer service.

Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.2. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work independently.3. Energetic personality with excellent presentation skills.4. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online content management systems.6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
