Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Assistant at Norfolk Southern in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for supporting the online marketing efforts of the company. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies- Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers- Creating and scheduling content for digital platforms- Conducting market research and competitor analysis- Analyzing data and metrics to track the success of online campaigns- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing initiatives- Providing administrative support to the marketing department- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong decision-making and presentation skills- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
