Job Description:

As an Online Live Chat Representative at Stanley Black & Decker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your primary role will be to interact with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to think quickly on your feet, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms- Driven and motivated to succeed in a customer service role- Strategic planning and decision-making skills- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
