Job Description:
Starbucks is seeking an Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position at the Associate Level will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide information about products, promotions, and services- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Strategic planning and cooperation soft skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems
