Job Description:Lithia Motors is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist in Chicago, Illinois, US. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a driven and confident individual who excels in cooperation and analysis.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, including chat, email, and social media.- Assist clients with inquiries, feedback, issues, and troubleshooting.- Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively.- Monitor online trends and feedback to improve client support strategies.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.- Knowledge of automotive industry trends is a plus.
