Job Description:

Kinder Morgan is seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the online space. This is a part-time position requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via online platforms.2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates.3. Conduct research to assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.4. Collaborate with the team to improve overall client experience and satisfaction.5. Assist in creating and implementing online support strategies to increase client retention.6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.2. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.3. Excellent research skills to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.4. Motivated and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service.5. Ability to work independently and in a team setting to achieve organizational goals.
