Job Description:

Phillips 66 is seeking a dedicated and independent individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable in Los Angeles, California. This part-time entry-level position will require critical thinking and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and reconcile online accounts receivable transactions- Generate and send out invoices to customers- Follow up on past due accounts and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues- Review and verify discrepancies in customer accounts- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
