Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Honeywell International in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide online account support to customers through various channels including email, chat, and phone- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to their online accounts- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely and accurate solutions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Driven and reliable individual with excellent communication skills- Strong people management and negotiation skills- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment- Proficiency with online tools and platforms- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
