These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available.Benefits for Material and Supply Yard Assistant:Health, Dental, VisionPaid Life InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with matching starting date of hireJob Responsibilities for Material and Supply Yard Assistant:Must be a dependable, motivated, punctual team playerGood communication skills required with the ability to be a spotter and have the communication skills necessary to perform safe work in a laydown yardResponsible for material accountability (receive, identify, inspect, cycle count, record), unloading and/or shipping materials and supplies in storage yard and warehouse by checking received material for quantity and visually inspect for identity, breakage and conditionPick up, haul and deliver materials and operating company automotive equipmentUnload and put away material while documenting irregularities and abnormal conditionsIdentify, sort and record material returned - prepare and pack material for shipment or storageOperate material handling equipment such as forklift trucks or any other equipment as required (Case 821 or JLG Telehandler)Rearrange or change of bins & racks and make material location changes in laydown yardsKeeping accurate inventory of all inbound and outbound shipments, checking the packing slips with the material that has arrived.Job Requirements for Material and Supply Yard Assistant:High School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's License with Clean MVR requiredPhysical Ability Test (PAT) test requiredComplete daily tasks in accordance with company safety rules, operating regulations and practiceConstruction, warehouse, staging yard experience strongly preferredExperience operating Frontend loaders, Telehandlers, All-Terrain Vehicles and Forklifts strongly preferredAble to lift up to 70lbs repetitively and stand for entire shiftAble to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and within all weather patternsAble to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays requiredAbility to pass background and drug & alcohol testing requiredDress Code & PPE Requirements for Material and Supply Yard Assistant:Steel Toe Boots RequiredJeans & t-shirt/sweatshirt (no inappropriate words or pictures)All other PPE is providedJENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important assets and are committed to them with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k).
