Job DescriptionInstalls, maintains, and repairs over 400 different pieces of commercial food service equipment such as refrigeration equipment, water cooled ice machines, gas and electric cooking equipment, dishwashing and pot washing machines, and commercial appliances. Utilizes wiring diagrams, blueprints, manufactured specifications, hand and power tools, testing meters and calibrators, and welding equipment to provide diagnoses and repairs. Assists Supervisor/ Manager with planning/implementing preventive maintenance programs.
