Robins and Morton is looking for a Marketing Manager to innovatively lead in the overall sales, communication and marketing efforts of R and M. Specifically, the Marketing Manager will help us to ensure that R and M is marketed in such a way that upholds our values and displays our culture.

We are looking for a high:energy candidate who will report to the Dallas Vice President. He/she will, with the team, set priorities, manage the sales workload, prepare sales reports, prepare and develop proposals, sales presentations, brochures and other key marketing and sales materials, provide quality control for all marketing deliverables and promote business relationships.

:Interprets proposal and presentation requirements and proactively provides both strategic and creative input as well as suggestions for improvement in the positioning of the Division in these prospect:facing materials.
:Writes and edits technical responses, providing excellent grammar, spelling, vocabulary and content.
:Participates in division team strategy meetings and pursuit specific strategy/kick:off meetings with sales leaders and proposed team members
:Provides Director of Marketing and Communications with regular project updates and facilitates timely and thorough content draft reviews, requesting support when required.
:Develops and maintains knowledge and understanding of companys project experience and capabilities in a format that permits searching and re:use on future pursuits. Provides strategic support on how to best position the company for each pursuit.
:Works with sales leaders and pursuit teams to develop, communicate and enforce project specific assignments and deadlines. Explores creative ways to stimulate, continually improve and manage the proposal development process.
:Prepares surveys and division award submittals.
:Hands:on design, writing and layout of RFP and RFQ responses as well as proposals, presentations, etc.
:Maintains assigned division
leads/opportunities, projects, personnel, client, knowledge and other data in Cosential CRM database.
:Actively seeks out best practices and other project stories for use in specific pursuits and general marketing efforts (content for website, PR pitches, Print and Electronic Collateral, Newsletter, etc.).
:Conducts internal and external research on target markets (clients, influential partners, events, etc.).
:Executive Support for Self:Performed Division
:Manage marketing supplies (paper, printer supplies, binders, tabs, etc.)
:Maintain Dallas marketing Outlook calendar and communicate with Dallas Vice President.
:Schedule and coordinate Lunch and Learns, Team Building activities and Client/Designer drop:ins for the Dallas office.

:Bachelors degree in public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, or journalism related field preferred. Experience and demonstrated capabilities can overcome specific degree requirements.
:Eight years plus related experience
:Graphic design experience
:Excellent project management skills and ability to navigate multiple simultaneous deadlines efficiently and manage diverse project teams.
