Summary of the Lead Qualifier:  Work off provided lists of leads and qualify recordsResearching various online directories and websites to validate leadsInterpreting complex lead criteria and applying to information gathered to determine outcomesUsing critical thinking skills to analyze information and infer resultsEntering new, applicable information on our existing database lead recordsAdding meaningful insights to leads to provide sales with background informationMerging duplicate companies and contacts and other database cleanupMaintaining an established KPI (key performance indicator) for quality and quantity performanceRequirements of the Lead Qualifier:: High School diploma or equivalencyRequires 1-2 years related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of the healthcare industry a plusExperience working in a CRM, especially Salesforce a plusMust be in the Tampa, FL area. Remote or out-of-state candidates will not be considered
