Responsibilities
Lead the creation, development and production of effective proposals, including presentations, and other documents to provide a competitive advantage leading to the acquisition of new business
Guide proposal teams in developing and refining a strategy for the proposal process and content. This involves acting as a consultant/facilitator from pre-proposal to presentation stages.
Plan, execute and publicize company events (i.e. groundbreakings, topping out celebrations and internal events)
Development and distribution of all firm publications, brochures, advertising and other collateral material.
Responsible for development and optimization of BC 360, company database for marketing effectiveness
Actively participate in marketing related networking
Coordinate and manage final photography for completed projects
Create project award submittals
Minimum Requirements
BS or BA in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum three years of marketing experience (preferably within the A/E/C industry).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically InDesign
Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
Experience creating A/E/C industry RFP responses and presentations
Experience with a company CRM
Preferred Experience
Ability to collaborate and work independently and drive to be a positive team member
Very strong writing, editing and communication skills
Ability to maximize sponsorship/event exposure
