VNA Health at Homeis seeking aRegistered Nursewith home care experience and supervisory/management experience for our London, Kentucky Hospice location. TheManager of Clinical Serviceshas ability to build strong leadership and team work among team of clinicians by providing coaching, mentoring and training; collaboration with multiple disciplines; clinical coordination; and supervision to clinicians.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for front line direction of accurate, complete, and timely provision of quality client care and services in compliance with regulatory, operational, and financial requirements.
Responsible for assuring that clinical documentation meets accepted standards of care, regulatory, operational, and financial requirements.
Facilitates coordination of care through case conferences and other activities to ensure interdisciplinary care is occurring.
Acts as a resource for external customers, including but not limited to, physicians, referral sources and discharge planners/social workers.
Facilitates the resolution of client clinical issues.
Provides clinical expertise for internal customers.
Completes required branch and/or company reports as required.
Conducts documentation reviews and random chart audits as directed by the Director, Clinical Services.
Assists with the development of office and field processes and action plans developed as a result of clinical measurements as well as identifying clinical training needs.
Interviews, hires and retains qualified, productive and customer-focused associates.
Performs client visits, client supervisory visits and shared visits with staff as needed and/or as directed by management.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred) in good standing to practice in the state(s) is required.
Excellent clinical skills.
Two years home care and/or hospice nursing experience is required.
Management experience requiredThorough knowledge and understanding of home care regulatory requirements
