Maintenance Planner
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Colorado
Position Summary
The maintenance planner will plan and coordinate all maintenance activities to execute and achieve the lowest cost consistent with safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•Achieve safety and health objectives
•Facilitate all preventative and corrective maintenance activities
•Plan and execute all contracted maintenance including procurement of contracted services
•Leverage the company ERP program, through detailed preparation of work orders, PM schedules, job steps, tool lists and parts lists within the ERP and maintain.
•Management of equipment/ asset organization and hierarchy
•Management of the maintenance bill of materials
•Buildout and maintenance of detailed work instructions
•Maintenance task time estimation
•Ensure availability of necessary spar parts, tools and equipment, working closely with Purchasing and the Warehouse Supervisor.
•Plan and execute 5S part and tool activities in various work areas
•Advise of any problems or potential problems which affect the ability of the operation to produce in a safe, quality, timely and efficient manner.
•Monitor and report on all relevant maintenance activity KPI's
•Coordinate with the supervisors to continuously improve the planning and execution of maintenance work
•Provide effective feedback and maintain open communication with all maintenance personnel on performance of planed tasks, while not directly supervising tasks, to improve planning accuracy
•Assist in the planning and administration of the maintenance budget to include capital planning
Summary of Qualifications
3-5 years of related maintenance experience
Experience/knowledge in maintenance and reliability processes and system
Demonstrated professional presentation skills
•Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
•Ability to demonstrate how a particular task is to be done, if necessary, coach while it is being done
•Proven success in developing complex budgets
•Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
•Computer skills in MS Office
