Luxury Hotel Assistant Food and Beverage Director Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a fine dining leadership position, hotel or resort preferred Experience with hotel Banquets and Catering Strong tenures with clear career progression Calm, collected, and professional demeanor and leadership style Passion and ambition for Food, Beverage, and Hospitality!
