Loan and Title Specialist Bergstrom of Neenah DRIVE YOUR CAREER FORWARD AT BERGSTROM AUTOMOTIVE AND APPLY TODAY. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver outstanding guest service through timely and accurate processing of paperwork in vehicle purchases and leases Support and coach the sales team through the paperwork and title process Work directly with banks and lenders in processing vehicle purchases Process vehicle cost and down payment checks Handles the legal transfer of documents for the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) Schedule: Monday 900a-500p, Tuesday 1000a-600p, Wednesday 900a-500p, Thursday 1000a-600p, Friday off, Saturday 900a-500p. Occasional Saturday off in exchange for working Friday 900a-600p. Salary pay of $36,000-44,000/year based on relevant experience WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB? Experience working in dealerships preferred Automotive loan & title knowledge preferred Upbeat and positive personality Active Listening Skills Ability to provide excellent guest service Strong communication skills Ability to build relationships with team members and guests Prefer experience working in Google Drive Prefer experience working within document management systems Previous Administrative experience
