Position Description: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Contact Center & eService Development team and be able to contribute in the team as the Sr. Developer within the team
Gather requirements from business team for existing and new projects
Lead & develop code to fulfill the business requirements for MBG ROW eService & Contact Center Projects
Prepare functional and technical Design documents including process & key technical architecture diagrams
Help with test plans build out, scenarios, scripts, or procedures required for the Oracle application components for consumer side enhancements
Experience with regression, functional, compatibility & performance test
Ability to provide UAT Support to the Business Team
DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS
Programming Language Expertise:
PHP,.NET, Java script ,Java, Oracle Pl/Sql, Oracle SRM, Python, Node JS , CSS
Application Expertise & Requirements: Oracle Service Cloud
Build Process flows using - cpm, business rules, work spaces / workflows , Chat , Email & IVR integrations build outShould have strong knowledge of user administration, knowledge Management, analyticsShould have experience in inbound/outbound integration calls with various cloud & on-premise applications using SOAP/XML, REST/JSON web servicesDevelop AddIn's using .NET framework for agent desktop
Position Requirements:
Bachelors & 12+ years of development experience in Contact Center & e-Service space
