See full gamut of designing, applying, installing, commissioning, and maintenance.Monitor plant thermal performance and condition-based maintenance via computerized performance monitoring system and other testing, including amix of office and field work.Evaluate major plant repair, upgrade, or improvement options, conduct cost benefit analyses. Develop implementation plans, materials, tooling, and procedures for selected solutions.Maintain a positive, productive work environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.Respond to emergency callouts to assist in plant operation and troubleshooting.Available for occasional overtime, especially during plant inspections / overhauls.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or applied science from an accredited university or college.5 years progressively responsible experience in power plant, marine, industrial industries or equivalent.Desired CharacteristicsBSEE or BSME with some advanced technical coursework required.
