DAY-TO-DAY As a Lead Horticulturist, you play an important role in our company's continued success. Leading a crew of 1-2 other experienced gardeners, you efficiently tend and create beautiful residential gardens. Some of your team's daily tasks include weeding, pruning, deadheading, watering, and planting. You also assist in organizing plant materials as well as designing new gardens and seasonal pots. When you're not outdoors, you fulfill other important operational responsibilities like managing the scheduling of jobs. Your top-notch communication skills serve you well as you effectively coordinate with clients, crew members, and the management team.
