Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Lead Application Architect in the Site Reliability Engineering organization works with multiple IT development, production support, platforms, and infrastructure teams to ensure the design, performance, and continuous improvement of many products. This role requires an independent and highly accountable and skilled individual making complex design decisions and working across multiple IT and business areas to steward many product and support roadmaps for critical business use.
You'll play a pivotal role in support .Net applications for on-premise as well as cloud-based . Your expertise will directly impact our clients' success by ensuring seamless cloud adoption, scalability, and security. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate effectively across multiple IT teams, external strategic vendors, and a broad group of user stakeholder groups.
Oversee Operational Excellence for all new functionality, applications, projects, and changes impacting 100+ applications.
Partner with multiple development areas to advance modernization and cloud transformation.
Lead development and execution of departmental strategic plans and objectives including budget, resources, resiliency, productivity, and other operational priorities.
Innovate continuous process improvement and grow a team of associates and contractors providing 24×7 support and maintenance to on-prem and cloud hosted IAM tools such as Secured Logons, Gigya, ForgeRock, AAD , ADFS .
Maintains knowledge of directory systems, Multi-Factor Authentication ( MFA ), Federated Identities and secret management systems.
Automation and DevOps Drive automation initiatives using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
Foster a DevOps culture by promoting continuous integration and delivery.
Troubleshooting and Support Provide technical support to resolve cloud-related issues.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and application failures.
Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
Authorization and authentication platforms, Gigya, ForgeRock and HashiCorp
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years' experience in Information Technology in leu of a degree
+ 8 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
+ 2+ years' experience in an application development or support area
+ Experience with the following: Azure Cloud services, . NET , C#, SQL , Single SignOn ( SSO ) framework, ForgeRock, Gigya, deep understanding of Identity Access Management ( IAM ) principles, familiarity with IAM standards like OAuth, SAML
+ Prior project lead experience
+ Prior experience managing numerous projects and/or teams while overseeing large-scale, highly visible programs, possess a thorough knowledge of processes, technology, communications, and operations.
+ Experience with leading calls (engaging in relevant conversation and steering output) as well as leading team members where and when needed.
+ In-depth understanding regarding the Splunk platform and including its companion technologies along with various API management platforms, MS Azure Cloud experience and strong aptitude for future technology support.
Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
+ Relevant Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,800 – $174,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
