Responsibilities
• Responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving• Interfaces with Eurofins CellTx clients to resolve specimen issues• Recommends changes in services, processes, and policies to enhance pre-analytical efficiencies• Works with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints• Contributes to team effort and accomplishes related results• Performs duties in compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies• Assists department with routine operations• Supports Eurofins CellTx' business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience• New to the clinical laboratory testing environment• Strong customer service skills• Strong communication and analytical skills• Able to lift 30 pounds and be on feet for a portion of the day
