Kitchen Manager Responsibilities: Hire, Train and Coach Kitchen Staff Manage Food Inventories and Food Costs Practice and Enforce Food Safety Place Orders and Establish Pars to Keep Adequate Inventory Levels Work Shoulder to Shoulder with Team On the Line-Hands On! Kitchen Manager Qualifications: 3+ Years of Experience as a KM in a High-Volume, Corporate Full-Service Restaurant Concept Solid Tenure, No More than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 years Be Comfortable Working and Leading in an Environment with Minimal Supervision Kitchen Manager Benefits: Base Salary Range of $55-$60k Bonus Program Paid Out Monthly Health Insurance 401k with 3% Company Match PTO Closed Christmas Day, Easter and Thanksgiving for Employees and Their Families At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
