As a part of the Enterprise Application Project Team, you will have responsibilities related to supporting our successful project deployment. You will support, coordinate, monitor, and develop all phases of project management.
You will need to demonstrate various levels of project management including identifying project requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, coordination and adapting the specifications and approach to the different concerns and expectations of various partners, and adhere to the Micron project standards.
This is an important role that requires constant collaboration across many corporate functions and business partners to ensure business needs are successfully met. This includes understanding how a project impacts the strategic roadmap of the business and aligning project execution to help achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
:Build valuable relationships to understand the business challenges and opportunities.
:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects
:Build a collaborative partnership between the project team and business partners
:Enable resource planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions
:Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
:Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
:Manage changes to the project scope, project timeline, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
:Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
:Report and advance to management
:Perform risk management to minimize project risks
:Use multiple project methods such as Agile, Kanban and Waterfall
:B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems (M.I.S.), Computer Science
:B.S. degree in Business Management or related function
:PMP, Agile, Scrum Master or related Project Management knowledge Certification
:1:2 years background in Business, Information Technology or related knowledge
:Experience in I.T. or Business Solution implementation
:Highly motivated self:starter
:Knowledge and experience with formal project/program management methodologies
:Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
:Strong ability to lead without authority and influence others
:The ability to drive change and the understanding of communication principles
:Proven success in working in a cross:functional team
:Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation)
