Responsibilities
• Assess and redefine procedures and standards• Enhance understanding of agency systems• Coordinate program goals, requirements, and innovation projects• Provide recommendations for improvements in IT systems and other ventures• Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation• Define system upgrades or replacements• Support operation and maintenance of complex IT systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field• 5+ years' experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports• Must be a US Citizen• Must be able to obtain a clearance• Knowledge of data governance, management, modeling, etc.• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL• Experience with Agile Methodology• Experience with Data Analytics tools (i.e.: ADVANA)• Experience with a UNIX OS• Experience with Java• Experience with SFTO• Experience with APEX
