Inventory Coordinator

Position: Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: Warren, OH
Pay: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (Willingness to work extended hours during our busy season, including evenings and most weekends in the eight weeks leading up to July 4th.)
Our Warren Ohio distribution center is seeking an experienced inventory control coordinator to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Inventory Control Manager and receiving assignments from the Warehouse Manager, this role will also collaborate closely with the office manager and undergo cross-training to support various warehouse functions.
Essential Job Functions: Conduct cycle counting of warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate counts and promptly resolving any discrepancies. Process incoming and outgoing shipments to 80 retail locations and numerous temporary pop-up locations. Investigate and rectify shipping and receiving discrepancies. Collaborate with multiple departments at our corporate headquarters, including purchasing, retail showroom operations, tents and chain store division, IT, and wholesale. Lead year-end physical inventories across multiple distribution centers and retail showrooms. Undergo cross-training as a cashier for our wholesale division in the month leading up to July 4th. Qualifications: Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Familiarity with inventory management procedures, including receiving, picking, shipping, invoicing, RF guns, and ERP/WMS systems. Ability to maintain accuracy in checking, posting, and counting. Flexibility to adapt to various clerical routines.
