Inventory Control Agent

JOB SUMMARYCresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Agent to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Agent will be responsible for performing cycle counts in the warehouses and vaults, order picking, and maintaining material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. We are looking for associates with great attention of detail to maintain an accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Agent will need to work closely with other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.CORE JOB DUTIESConduct weekly cycle counts of finished goods, packaged goods, personal protection equipment, and miscellaneous facility items in electronic systemsEnsures bulk material & finished goods are physically & electronically accurate within inventory systemMaintains accurate records of inventory changes, including transfers and cycle countsIdentifies count discrepancies for escalation during check-in and weekly count processesPicks outbound order fulfillment ordersReplenishes and controls finished goods in vaultsOperates lift equipment as neededPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft ExcelIntermediate math skillsHigh level of organization skillsDeadline-driven and detail-orientedSincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employeesForklift experience preferredBENEFITSCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.  We also offer eligible employees paid holidays and paid time off.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses, stock options as well as participation in our employee discount program.
