Compensation : All intern s are paid at a competitive rate . Hybrid Model : StoneX works on a hybrid model with the flexibility to work from home and in one of our fully equipped offices around the globe. Assist tax team in preparation of quarterly tax provision and planning for year-end tax provision Assist tax team with tax compliance preparation and review Utilize tax law and ASC 740 research skills in assistance with tax return and tax disclosure analysis. Assist in special tax projects as directed by Tax Counsel, Tax Director, or Tax Manager. Liaise with other departments to obtain financial information. Show initiative and creative thinking skills while working in a team building environment. Ask questions, exercise professional skepticism, propose improvements, seek feedback. Early Careers Requirements: Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025(entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Hiring Hourly Rate Range $20-40 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).
