Overview

Are you great at providing clerical support to the HR department of a growing organization regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures? CHI Health at Home is recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist! This role provides support to all areas of the Human Resources, including the benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS and recruiting in the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures in alignment with the HR Strategy to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an energetic and positive approach to problem solving, possess exceptional communicating skills and an excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Responsibilities

Assist in event planning and coordination of human resources sponsored trainings and meetings;
Assist with performance management data analysis and tracking;
Provide support during open enrollment, changes and implementations;
Collaborate with benefits team to provide new associates with benefits and leave-related education and resources through the HR onboarding process;
Process monthly service awards;
Create sign-on bonus agreements and track bonus payouts for processing;
Process associate referral bonus payouts and the referral bonus program;
Respond appropriately and timely to associate issues and questions and provide information or needed solutions;
Monitor supply inventory and order department supplies as needed. Distribute department mail and prepare weekly mailings to outside branches; and
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with pre-employment and onboarding tasks.

Qualifications

3 years of human resources support experience or related post-secondary courses.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with company leaders.
Strong organization and time management competencies; ability to be flexible and to manage multiple priorities and projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment.
Must work well individually and as a team member.
Maintain confidentiality.
