Responsibilities
• Support and guide clients in various HR functional areas• Develop and implement recruitment procedures and policies• Provide solutions for employee relations and legal issues• Process payroll and utilize HR software platforms• Help establish new client relationships and build business• Possibly work remotely, but also onsite for clients in the southeast region• Maintain part-time hours with flexible work schedule• Adapt schedule based on clients' contractual needs• Assist with HR business processes in the US• Seek out and develop new client relationships
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent• 10-15 years of experience in HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management)• Extensive knowledge of HR business processes in the US• Ability to develop new client relationships• Experience in building business with a team approach• HR certifications are a plus
