Our opening for an  HR Consultant and Staff Attorney is available now , but it won't last long! This full-time exempt position will be a part of the Remarkable HR Legal Team to provide HR interface to business clients regarding employee relations, human resources, and compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary HR partner to business clients regarding employee relations, human resources, and HR compliance issues Assist clients with their HR Strategic Plans and deliver comprehensive HR solutions to our clients Develop, draft, and implement policies, procedures, and agreements for a variety of human resources and employment-related issues Conduct discrimination and harassment investigations Anticipate and mitigate potential HR compliance risk as they pertain to employment matters Respond to Agency Charges, mediation and other pre-litigation demands Assist with oversight of employment litigation matters, including management of EPLI panel counsel Performs other duties as required  REQUIREMENTS: Stays organized and can multi-task with proficiency Seeks high-quality service standards Practices excellence in written as well as verbal communication Works well with a dynamic team and adapts easily to changes and process improvements Demonstrates an open-minded, collaborative work style with a diverse service team Strives to meet goals and deadlines consistently Extremely detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually Ability to prioritize and execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Attorney in Good Standing to UT  bar Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Human Resources and employment law experience in UT . Multistate experience is a plus Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products Additional proficiency in another language is preferred Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Engage offers a competitive Salary and comprehensive Benefits Package.
The salary range targeted for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate's skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this salary range.
